About Rose Warwick

Having travelled the world after living and working in Hong Kong where I was a customer liaison officer for the American Club, I understand the importance of customer service in the hospitality industry. After returning to the UK, I was the course manager at the Central London YMCA which provided a great opportunity to develop my organisational skills. After starting a family, I moved from London to Plymouth, working with Harmonie Interiors in Stoke – advising and sourcing all aspects of interior design. Here we took on the full refurbishment of Pentille Castle (as seen in SKY 1 TV show Delicious) – plus a number of super yachts that Babcock International had designed and built.

Subsequent interior design commissions led me to form Rose Warwick Properties Ltd. We currently manage a number of properties and are acknowledged as Superhosts for all of them.

I have lived in Plymouth for 20 years now and I love the life here. I want visitors to the South West to feel the same about this beautiful coastal city as I do and discover its wealth of beautiful coastline and moors, as well as its historical maritime associations.

I have worked with Rose Warwick on a number of projects where she has influenced the interior design and worked with the contractors to deliver highly marketable properties, both for sale and serviced accommodation. Her positive attitude and ability to communicate ideas has been a refreshing change. Rose has been managing one of my properties for over a year now … and has dealt effectively with the recent restrictions associated with Coronavirus and the subsequent up turn in bookings which we hope will continue.
