As part of re-modelling the apartments I used Rose’s interior design knowledge which I believe has helped achieve higher rentals, due to her skill in this area.
At the start of Covid-19 2020 lockdown Rose was astute in securing AST’s on all the apartments until lockdown allowed Airbnb to resume.
